The broad heavily sloping site produced a transition and reinterpretation of a small iconic 1950′s house with a seamless transfer of styles allowing the rear of the house to become an open resort like family and living area, freeing the design from the shackles of predetermined, pigeon holed, stereotype styles and opening the door for layers of beautiful detailing.
